Safety

I have hiked these trails for the past 25 years and am very familiar with them. I will carry a cell phone and check in each evening at 605.366.3228  I also have a GPS which will tell our exact coordinates in case of an emergency. Backpackers will not be allowed to go off on their own. They must always be in groups of there or more. Each group must always carry a two way radio.
